For me, it’s only morally wrong when one of the parties is at an obviously compromised condition. Not sure if this is intentional, but some of those face pieces will do a wonderful job at defeating face recognition software in places like Facebook/Instagram, and others. That’s a real benefit for someone who wants to stay anonymous for the evening.

That mission statement seems pretty stright to me. Their mission is to archive personal histories. You accomplish that via an interview. Not every non-profit needs to focused on clean water or a cure for AIDS.
