The “Uncured” is a bit of a misstatement, it should really say “Naturally cured” because it has celery in it. Celery is loaded with nitrates.

I liked the movie. Any movie where Ben Stiller first shows up on screen and just get his ass kicked is okay by me.

In the US, alcoholic beverages don’t fall under FDA/USDA labeling guidelines and don’t have to provide that information.

Could be Tyramine. It tends to be in fermented and aged things like beer and aged cheeses. Dry ciders would probably have some too, but if you find that dry ciders don’t make you sick, then it’s probably something else.
