If the food plant I work at could do this, we could increase our productivity by probably 25% or so since washdowns eat up a ton of time. Of course the USDA doesn't allow this and there are allergen concerns. Great way to increase productivity though.

Similar thing happened with Texas Hold 'Em a few weeks back. The people at the top of their game have to consider that what they thought was optimal isn't necessarily.
It's not designed to be better for you. It's designed to be as close to a burger as possible - complete with the fat/protein content. It's for vegans/vegetarians/environmentalists who still like beef, but feel guilty eating it.
The Beyond Meat pea protein burger is pretty good. Not exactly like a burger, but with all the toppings and stuff it's good. Pea Protein is going to be huge - you heard it here first. There are many other products being worked on that use it for completely different applications.

animal sauce's problem is too much cinnamon. Actually any cinnamon in that sort of sauce is too much.
Ironically, mayo is shelf stable due to the acidity.
It's alright, but traditional hamburger sauce is better which is simply 1/3 ketchup, 1/3 mustard, 1/3 mayo.
While I'm on the subject, traditional chicken finger dip honey mustard dip, like what you get at Chili's is 1/3 mayo, 1/3 mustard, 1/3 honey.
I guess I can agree with this.
