If Mortal Kombat didn't have fatalities or digitized people, it wouldn't even be considered. IIRC it wasn't even the first to use digitized people, there was another fighting game Pit Fighter that did this.
I somehow missed that article, but good thing it was nominated. I would argue the game doesn't necessarily have to be good, but should have some sort of higher significance if not. Which this does.
No computer solitaire? More hours have been wasted on that game by humanity than actual hours worked.
Despite the critics, I saw The Circle
It wasn't too bad. It certainly had it's flaws, but I think a big part of that is they just didn't have time to fully explore things like a book could. For example The Circle pretty much replacing the government.
Reminded me a of cross between The Truman Show and The Matrix.

I kind of agree. When it comes to projects like these, it doesn't take much to impress me. There was plenty of room for improvement though. I still thought it was worth watching.
Meh, too much work to torrent then get it to show on my tv. I'll just watch it on Netflix when it comes out. Then get pissed that it jumped the shark after season x.
