It seems to be a moving target...I’ve heard arguments for 9 and 10.

My 6 year-old daughter fucking loves Guy Fieri, especially Guy’s Grocery Games.  I was going to take her to one of his restaurants but when I had to explain he probably wasn’t going to be there, she got really disappointed.

They kind of addressed this in the Fray comic series.  Basically, activating all the potential Slayers “used up” the magical slayer juice essentially.  So after all of those many Slayers were killed in battle or aged and died, there weren’t any new ones to take their place and the vampires/monsters/demons began…
