The funny thing with this is if the government was willing to employ WMDs or commit total war (something the US hasn’t been willing to do since WWII) on civilian populations, rebelling against them is probably the right move.
Not to mention you have to accept that the government would have to be willing to destroy wide swaths of civilian populations that were formerly its citizens and ignore the fact that you would see defections of its own troops and materials if it did such a thing.

I am a dude in his mid-30’s. I do all the same things. I much prefer games with a robust single player campaign and on the rare chance I do play online, I don’t want to hear or even really interact with any other players. Because the vocal one’s are the worst.
