I liked Babel but i'm also relieved it was the last gasp of the whole Traffic/Crash/Syriana school of filmmaking.

I watched this when i was a teenager and thought it was great.

I mourn the passing of shows like The Wire, Buffy and BSG too. And looking at the Fall season always makes me think that things are going to shit.

Not every movie.

Why is Desmond tending bar?
I thought he was living on his yacht with Penny and little Charlie.

in the canceraids ward, where you are heading also.

I had some of that with Watchmen - I only read it for the first time in 2003/4 and it was like watching Citizen Kane except with a giant squid: i could see that it was good, but i kept wondering why it was acclaimed as great, especially when the ending was so frakking stupid.

i will be first in line to get one!
and also canceraids.

Good riddance to Godric
Man, what a dull character: going up in bright blue flames was the most interesting thing he ever did.

Ringworld directed by Joss Whedon
Larry Niven's classic cries out for the big screen treatment.

i'm a fan of Gibbard.

We are just passing through history. This is advanced calculus.

Sorry, if only you spoke Doritos.
