For the balloon, yeah you’d probably have to be damn near stratosphere to get enough height in hopes to get the fuselage to the velocity needed. At that point you’d need it to be able to handle the pressure, and some what more important, be able to breathe.

Let me tell you about the IT polices where I work...I’m a service tech for the company, and part of my job requires me to have admin rights. They decided that 100% of the people local IT included do not have ANY admin rights on their PCs. If a local IT guy needs into a PC they have to contact “global” IT to get in.
