that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. they’re suicide bombers, they have literally nothing to fear.

I’m not missing shit. They want you to believe that. If you go as hard as Russia does, then they think twice about fucking with you.

they been bombing russia lately?

Haha a reference I haven’t seen in awhile!

Ok, once again, those crash tests you see are against stationary concrete WALLS. They are not against movable vehicles. Reality is much different. If you don’t know how much mass matters in a vehicle on vehicle collision, there’s plenty of articles online that can explain the simple physics for you.

That’s still total bullshit. All of that mass inertia continuing to move forward after a head-on collision with a 3400 lbs car, for example, and a combined speed of 60 mph would kill the lower-mass driver instantly. That’s assuming your payload is placed properly and doesn’t somehow kill you.

Borrow somebody’s fun car, take them with you and have fun in the car. Tell us why it was fun. Have a nice lunch at a weird restaurant, compare the weird thing you just ate to your fun drive in the fun car.

That’s mostly wrong. With trucks it’s only less safe if you hit a stationary and planted object which doesn’t react like a tree or barrier. If you hit any other vehicle with less mass than the truck, they’re taking more damage.

People with your mindset on the road are the reason why I daily drive a used MTA bus to work every day.

One significant leap forward is the standardisation of side curtain airbags. In side collisions, occupants are far better protected in a post-2006 car.

you have several basic articles that you perpetually revomit:

Since you got your picture from facebook copypasta, let me show you some real facts. The spending on military is barely 3rd in total spending.

And I don’t mind defense spending because I know I can raise a family and they can raise their families in one of the very few areas of the world safe from war and armed conflict for the last 150 years.

And that’s just 15% of the budget. Now consider the waste that takes place within our entitlement programs which amazingly makes up 2/3rds of our annual spending. Talk about unsustainable.

Whoops, you posted the wrong graph. This is the one you meant to post.

How much of what we spend to educate K-12 actually makes it to the classroom? Not enough, too much overhead. The unions and school admins fight to maintain the status quo so making changes are fought from the outside and inside.

People never read the speech in context.

Of course there is. This is true at every level of government. But it’s certainly no worse, and the military is not nearly as influential within the government itself as people with an axe to grind would like us to believe.

Academia has got absolutely nothing to do with education these days. The two are completely detached.
