One of the reasons sci-fi/fantasy/comic book fans get no respect (and are insulted as being shut-ins who suffer from Asperger's Syndrome that don't know of anything else besides sci-fi/fantasy/comic book ) is because of comments like this.

I don't think that it's that easy for Netflix to get it, otherwise, they would have got it a long time ago (along with other shows that are now 'lost' from CBS like Slattery's People, Coronet Blue, Breaking Point, For The People (the first TV show of William Shatner) and The New People.

I want to see East Side/West Side on DVD soon, before James Earl Jones passes on (I'd love to hear his commentary on the episode 'Who Do You Kill?') and also because it's the only TV series of the usually TV adverse George C. Scott.

I don't have a problem with humor when it's on-topic, but this constant reference to The Defenders comic book is getting on my nerves.

At least he didn't want his show to end up like the CSI franchise.

No wonder he was the way he was on one broadcast of the Emmys when he and Florence Henderson were teamed up with Ed O' Neil and Katey Segal as presenters; I think that he was smiling at some points, and looked as if he wanted to be in O'Neil's shoes being on that show.

It's probably a bit of both, sadly.
Sorry, but no thanks for me.
I don't think (and I hope they're not) endorsing that guy; he's your typical neocon Tea Party asshole/moron, and yet another drone who spends his waking hours tied to Faux Noise. The A.V. Club just believes in the show, and wants to see it rerun, probably. All that this fool did is to make people not want to see the…
