Taycan Turbo’s been around for years. This is nothing new. It doesn’t make it right; just an observation.

I’d really like to see a photo of the turbocharger in the Macan Turbo.
Exactly. We have been waiting for a large off-road capable three-row PHEV for years, basically the Grand Cherokee L or similar. Still waiting
We got a Toyota Highlander Hybrid in the meantime. It gets great mileage (30-34 mpg) and with an aggressive set of tires, does fairly well off-road given its roots. That being…
Just took my manual RX-8 for a ride out on the town last night and I gotta agree with OldManMcKenna. Yes, it’s on its third engine. Yes, it makes me smell like burning gasoline after just being near it for a minute. Yes, you have to rev to like 5k to get any form of power under that curve. But there’s just something ab…
I had a ‘21 Kia K5 that had lane assist and radar cruise control. Drove from Portland, OR to Houston, TX, taking I-40 through northern Arizona and New Mexico. Car damn near drove itself at 110mph through those states, I wish it didn’t have an engine issue that I couldn’t deal with... Miss that car as it was a dream to…
I have no use for something this massive, and I pity the buyer when gas prices spike again. But if it meets your needs, this deal seems hard to beat. Easy NP.
To be fair it did have a emergency release; she was to dumb to use
This is the right answer. Ive only seen a couple of these in the flesh and they turn my head every time. Like a more functional BMW I-8 (a car i love).
I would call the LC an GT-car rather than a supercar; however, it is absolutely one of the most stunning designs on the market today. In person I cannot stop looking at the car. I don’t know that it will be as timeless a design as the Vantage, DB9, or DBS, but in the here and now, what a knockout.
I’d argue it’s vastly better looking than the Aston, these are a sight in the wild.
I love car. I’ve only ever seen a couple in the wild and they are gorgeous in person.
Well when they only make well under 200 miles if you’re hauling anything at all in the bed... yes, they should have packed in more battery capacity!
Yes, yes they are. Because they expect the promised range, and that is how Tesla calculated that range. There is no defending this.
Excellent work that will go criminally under-appreciated, no doubt.
no you misunderstood I was the lead engineer, I was in charge of putting lead in the thing to ummm reduce vibrations !
“... one of the Cybertruck’s lead engineers...”
the splitter is very removeable. you might lose 1mpg but hey it’s up to the owner if that’s what they want to do.
All that’s really killing the ground clearance is that plastic lower air dam, and I’m sure it’s easily removed. As far as your complaint about the “tablet on the dash”...well...that’s just kind of the current school of design these days.
I have a ‘20 Sonata hybrid, and like the guy with the Palisade, I use these systems religiously. The point is not that you then can sit there on your phone doing whatever else, but especially in heavily-trafficked areas, you also don’t need to be completely transfixed by what the people around you are doing. You still…
