It actually really does help fuel economy. As somebody who spends multiple hours a week in stop and go traffic - the kind where you’re on the highway for an hour and the engine is spending more time “off” than “on” - it genuinely makes a difference in fuel economy.

I might be the only one who actively dislikes Android Auto, because (unless there’s a different implementation of it I’m unfamiliar with) you constantly have to leave it to change the AM/FM/Satellite radio station, and then go back into it.

There is an outstanding recall on my 2015 Ford Mustang for a backup camera that intermittently doesn’t work (which is true for me). My dealer keeps putting off doing the recall because, essentially, they just don’t want to.
