Uh, just to be clear, the guy has absolutely no case whatsoever and the chance that this is getting thrown out immediately is essentially 100%. The TechDirt article has a link to the motion to dismiss, I would suggest anybody read it before thinking the dude has any kind of a case at all here.

Backbone controller doesn't have the detailed vibrations of a PS5 controller, which is worth the price by itself

Does your job require a pickup truck? If so, drive a pickup truck. If not, drive something less embarrassing.

Any pickup truck unless it has a contractor’s logo on it. Stop pretending to be a cowboy, you look like a loser.

Ehhhhh sovereign citizen nonsense has pretty strong roots in a lot of Black communities. Wesley Snipes went to prison for it because he thought it meant he didn’t have to pay taxes.

The biggest killer app of the PS5 - really, until games started going exclusive, the only real reason to go with a PS5 over a PS4 - is the specialized controller vibration, that you don’t get with a phone and a different controller.

The thing I don’t understand about sovereign citizens is that they know their mumbo-jumbo doesn’t work. Like, even if they believe that they’re 100% correct on the law - which is bugnuts, but let’s assume for a moment that they believe they’re right - they know that police and judges and DA’s don’t buy it, and that

The Chrysler Crossfire hardtop, non-SRT6 is, in my opinion, the most beautiful American car of the 21st century. The SRT6 is way more fun to drive, but adds a giant fixed rear wing that breaks up the clean art deco lines of the coupe. Such a beautiful car. I don’t know why they’re not more beloved.

Very much NP.

Looks like a great little car; just a shame it doesn’t have enough range to be practical.

I will pay extra money for a modern car with modern safety and modern electronics and modern engineering and a 1980's velour front bench seat.

Let me rephrase slightly what you just said:
“No work of art could be worth millions of dollars, because you could just reproduce something that looks similar for a fraction of the cost and nobody but an expert would be able to tell the difference.”
Think of old Ferraris like Rembrandt paintings. They are valuable

No need to crawl when I can drive.

Why aren’t you using a car to commute, like an adult? Why are you playing with a children’s toy? Have you tried commuting via unicycle or pogo stick? Grow up, get a car, and stop putting drivers and pedestrians in danger with your infantile hobby.

Should be illegal to ride bicycles on streets. If you feel the need to ride a bicycle, stick to bicycle paths in designated parks, or oval tracks.

Ugh, who among us hasn’t had a day like that, right?

Front bench seats. I had a 1994 Taurus wagon with cushy velour bench seats front and rear (the front bench was a 60/40 bench so you could move closer or further away from the controls), and rear-facing seats in the trunk, so you could fit 8 people. Glorious. It’s almost impossible to find front bench seats on anything

ACAB

If it was an automatic, definitely, but nobody wants to be driving around with a manual transmission in 2023. Century-old transmission tech = ND.

How would that work for those of us who do work on computers but don’t have smartphones?

In 2008, I bought a 1991 Mercedes 560SEL for $4,500. It was 100% clean inside and out, a beautiful and comfortable car with astonishingly advanced features for a car from 1991, although perhaps not so astonishing given that it was Mercedes’ top-of-the-line model that year.
