If Jeep can make a plug in hybrid Wrangler, I'm sure Ford can manage.

Right; presumably the Mach-E and the Tesla Model X and the Kia Telluride and every other SUV is designed with those things in mind as well? All SUVs are designed primarily to go off road, after all; that’s what differentiates them from sedans or minivans.
