I love Thailand, the food is amazing. Sounds like you had a fun trip.

Sigh, I was trying to be clever and put a strike through over "jealous." Clearly that didn't work.

Fun! Why were you there, did you do anything fun and did you travel around the country or Southeast Asia? jealous inquiring minds want to know.

The spice must flow. Long live Muad'Dib! (Did I push the joke too far? Too nerdy?)

My people, join me! Nevernudes unite!!

Last Bond comment, I swear. The first scene where he meets Vespa is one of my favorite movie scenes. It reminds me of the old school Katherine Hepburn movies with the witty back and forth dialogue.

Facial hair is an amazing and powerful beast.

Uh, by Daniel Craig fans, I think I meant myself. Those piercing blue eyes get me every.single.time. And the Bond ladies, my oh my.

What comic? Link please. Is it a like a fan comic or an official comic? Thanks!

Sidebar, am I the only one that prefers Morena Baccarin with her long curly hair? I like her more in Firefly/Serenity with a slightly chubby face and long hair than I do in V with the short hair and skinny face. But that could be slight ageism on my part because the longer hair and chubbier face make her look younger

I generally hate the cold and by proxy winter but that's when you get the best citrus and when blood oranges are at the farmer's market. So, really, I can't hate winter all that much.

{Whispers} I love Firefly too.

Haha, I just posted about Serenity. Such an amazing movie. I hate that they never got into Shepard's back story. I figure he was one of the Alliance's assassin's based on his high level Alliance clearance and his knowledge of how the Alliance worked. But I wish I had confirmation. Why bother doing a movie if you're

Serenity is on, I'm drinking and I've got a blood orange tart cooling. It's a good Sunday.

That is adorable! I love the face he made after the first bite.

I say check out Pioneer Woman's blog for food ideas.

@boboboosy: It was my mom's friend. And yeah, it was a nightmare. She really wanted that baby so badly and when she miscarried it broke her. She's been unable to conceive since then and this happened in the mid-90's.

@Miss Suka: My mom's friend had a miscarriage pretty late into her pregnancy, after she had furnished the baby's room and told everyone she was pregnant. It was really, really bad. I understand why you'd want to buy a lot of baby stuff before the kid comes but man, watching that woman get rid of all that baby stuff

@Jonescat: Yeah, I love her blog. Also her baby. He is adorable!

@snacktastic: Ugh, that used to me too. It's so annoying and such a waste of money. I used to make fancy Bon Appetit recipes that called for a bunch of things I'd only use once and 75% of the time the meal was meh. I started using food blogs like pioneerwoman.com and smittenkitchen.com. Their meals used things I'd
