Yeah that has never been for me. I get that running for office, especially national office, can be expensive, but...I’m not gonna spend any of my money on that for anyone, even a politician I really agree with. I don’t care what other people do with their money, but this is a particular mental hurdle I can never seem

It’s interesting to see the narrative of this game shift. It seemed like people were let down by Halo 5 (I thought it was fine), and they really wanted Infinite to reinvent things and blow their socks off. Then in that preview last year it just looked like more Halo and people were angry.

Agreed. I think the problem for a lot of Marvel characters is the MCU is the only live action non-comic/non-animated version people have seen. Like no one bats an eye at Peter Parker or Bruce Wayne looking different in every game, because they’ve already been played by a bunch of actors. Also Peter’s nerdy

I highly recommend it. That series is about being the hero in a fun adventure. After 2 I think they do away with that cheat, but they do introduce a super casual easy mode.

I’ve said this before but the BEST way to play Uncharted is in 2 where you can enable the one shot kill cheat. That makes the gunfights something you have to actively participate in, and you can still lose if someone ambushes you, but they’re over MUCH faster.

I can totally see that. I got an Xbox Series S not long after launch and it is just so snappy. Also that thing has been clutch for my kids. Thanks to game sharing and everything basically being on both consoles, they can now play every multiplayer game I had with each other on two separate screens, each using their

I literally threw mine in a dumpster, that was after going to Gamestop and Goodwill, and no one would take them. I kept thinking about heaving them in there while I was shelling out cash for used ones.

Not only am I not getting a PS5, I just re-bought an Xbox 360!

Agreed. The ship combat in Black Flag was a fun add on to the general pirate adventure. Making a game that’s just the ship combat, and making it PvP to boot doesn’t sound great. That’s like using their For Honor model, but with ships.

Yeah Dead Cells literally saves exactly where you are in any level and it’s still hard as hell. Like you said, it’s not save scumming. Being able to save doesn’t make it less hard, it just makes it more accommodating to your life.

I stopped playing CoD I think after Modern Warfare 2, but last year the one in space, Infinite Warfare, was on sale and I bought it on a whim. It was great! Didn’t feel like Call of Duty at all. It was just this rad space game with fun ship combat (where ships controlled a bit like ghosts in Halo), neat weapons, and

Yeah The Order was exactly as long as I want a cover shooter to be, and at the $5 I paid, it was a great deal.

Can’t wait for this. I love using this on my phone with it clipped to a controller. It’s perfect for slower paced games like Monster Train. But the screen size and slight latency has kept me away from playing action-oriented games. If I could beam it to my ipad or laptop that would solve at least the screen size

Okay so this has nothing to do with Brie, but rather the skin. My youngest son, who plays on my account, noticed the update to the bush ranger skin the other day, because it’s one of his favorite skins to use. There are now four or five variations on that skin, and we just have them all.

In Fortnite you have to press up on the d-pad, then hit the right bumper/R1 to see what materials you need, then hold down Y to craft the item if you have the right materials. It just feels clunky and bolted on, because it is. Fortnite bolts things on every season, that’s what makes it interesting. Some seasons are

Oh this one is very cool. I like that they went with the older Sonic, I always thought he looked better. And this wide open level design kind of resembles a skate park. I could see a Tony Hawk style thing totally work for Sonic, where each giant level has multiple objectives you can run around and attempt to achieve.

If you watch the video, they insultingly assume he’s a lower rank too. “What are you a specialist?” To which Nazario responds, “I’m a lieutenant.”

As if the rank mattered to them, that didn’t suddenly make them respect him more. No, things got worse from there.

She fits in well with this season with all the crafting and the bows. I’m not a huge fan (of the season, Aloy looks great), because like all games with crafting, it involves fiddling around in a menu, and that’s never fun, especially in a competitive unpausible game like Fortnite.

It is fun to have them be so excited about things that I take for granted, or to get to experience something through them. The Fortnite event at the end of the Marvel season was great and they were flipping out the whole time, each on their own screen.

I think the Smash Bros. comparison is spot on. Epic seems to have attempted to thread some kind of continuity through the last few seasons, but it doesn’t really make any sense. My kids love it and they get online with their friends (who seem to have unsupervised access to YouTube), and learn rumors from them about
