The new thing in Vaati’s video just lets you re-customize their appearance. Which is nice, but not a stat respec.

The story for the base game IS generic as all hell though. You can point to all the stuff happening on the periphery like the relationships between countries, the cult that ultmately doesn’t do anything, and the side characters, but the player story is incredibly simplistic.

Masterworks these aren’t, you CAN go wrong.

I still can’t get past the textures, if they had done a cell shaded style rather than...whatever this is supposed to be it would have been so much better.

I keep wanting to give PSO2 a chance but it’s waaaaay too ‘anime’ for my tastes. I loved the OG PSO though.
