The proper way is to reach out to Nintendo first and see if you can do something like this. I agree with the original comment about every single week we see someone getting shut down by Nintendo because “they took a risk” in trying to release something without Nintendo’s blessing.

But you’re missing a big part of the problem. Poor people are often the target of schemes like this. They promise opportunities and riches that will never come. Being poor and thinking about living that “good life” makes people more susceptible to crap like this because they want to get out of the pit.
