It’s 2019. It is EXTREMELY easy to spin up new virtual infrastructure to meet demands like this and power off and/or decommission if it is no longer needed. Queues should have been a thing for hours or maybe a day. Not three days after launch.

I’ve had two different elite controllers (1st one that my son now uses and a second one that I use) with what I would imagine is a few thousand hours or game-play on both. No issues and they both work fine.
