But... I don’t even know who this is? FUCK I’m old.
Holding onto the ball and letting the clock play out was a big gamble. I thought it was great but you can be sure folks would never have let him down had he missed, gone into OT, and the Thunder win it (especially if they could have come back to win the whole series).
I’d be pretty pissed too. Folks who do stuff like this should be blacklisted from attending any event, thrown by any organizer, in the future.
We’ve never been to Disneyland or Disney World but the wife and I took our two kids on a Disney cruise when they were around 7 and 10. Easily the best vacation we have ever taken. First class all the way.
Okay, let’s take the race bullshit out of this one. I’m a black man and even I think something should be done when originally I didn’t think that way.
Bought my 2003 4Runner 16 years ago next month. Going to drive my baby until she dies.
This. I’ve had folks at my company say things exactly like, “I know we’ve had to reschedule this meeting. Thank you for going with the flow.”
The only “jump ship” option is for some key Blizzard folks to leave and start new companies. Oh wait... That’s already started happening.
I’m all up for debate but your car seat argument is flawed.
I’m assuming these establishments do tips? What’s going to prevent folks from just leaving a lower tip amount to offset the added 3%? Or possibly no tip at all, if the added surcharge truly pisses them off.
The Illinois Prosecutors Bar Association has posted saying they condemn the whole deal made for him. I won’t be surprised if State Attorney Foxx has to go before a board to account for her actions.
Daniel Kaluuya was the STAR of “Get Out” but the movie had plenty of white Actors with Allison Williams and Bradley Whitford taking second and third billing.
Darn it. Was at work when I saw this. Just now tried and the deal is over. :\

Both me and my brother were in the beta for Google Stream. I’m on gigabit fiber with AT&T but he is on Comcast Xfinity on a 60Mbps plan (He is switching to AT&T gigabit in a few months, when his neighborhood is done rolling out). You certainly don’t need anything above a 125Mbps plan but I’d be curious if you think…
SPECTRUM! I couldn’t think of the name of it but that is what my brother used to have and he hated them with a passion. They had some sort of a deal with the neighborhood he lived in. Had no other options available unless he went satellite (which wouldn’t be feasible).
The FCC defines high speed internet as 25 Mbps. I would assume the census data I linked was using that same metric but I’d almost be shocked if our own government used the same definition between two different agencies. ;)
Totally agree. I actually just said this to someone else.
Oh, I totally get you man. My brother lived just 25 minutes from me and his internet was chit. His neighborhood had made a deal with that company so they were the only game in town too.
While I don’t know if this service would survive long-term (doubtful) I have a few things to note.
