Is there someone you can call to help with a family member having a mental health episode? Someone who isn’t the police and will avoid calling them if they can?

I do occasionally remember seeing the bosses make actual company-wide policy changes on the non-US versions. Like a (Canadian I think) guy implementing extra maternity leave or something like that. On the US one it always seemed to be just spa days or student loans or whatever.

If it’s just the fan running really fast to cope with heat then the heat-sink is probbaly clogged with dust/hair and needs cleaned. If the fan itself is making louder noises than it should be you may need to lubricate it.

And of course she had the final say on how much time and resources were devoted to this, not the boss/publisher/etc!
