It is interesting that the election that Corbyn didn’t win is held out as the blueprint, while the absolute landslide victory of Macron and his centrists is completely ignored. Not saying I prefer Macron’s policies, but in a battle with literal fascism, I’m sorry, but we need whatever liberal coalition can win.

If Trump was trying to shut down an FBI investigation for political reasons, that’s obstruction of justice and an impeachable offense in its own right. At that point, whether or not the investigation would have actually uncovered evidence of wrongdoing on his part is irrelevant.

As someone who follows MLB much closer than the NFL, I still don’t really understand how the owners ever got away with the concept of “non-guaranteed” contracts. Isn’t a guarantee sort of the point of a contract?
