Well, I think it’s also an idea of an opinion. And that’s—on one hand, I hear half the media saying that these are lies. But on the other half, there are many people that go, ‘No, it’s true.’

The Democrats stand for establishment and incrementalism. Can this even be fixed?

We do need new ideas, and new leadership, but why does that necessitate throwing away the entire Democratic Party infrastructure? Why not work to build a better Democratic party from the inside? How is splitting the left up into warring factions going to do anyone any good?

I’m sure the best path forward will involve lots of internecine score-settling.
