Technically, it’s a slightly cut-down version of a 1-year-old remaster of a 6-year-old game.

That awesome moment someone on a video game blog is a better investigative journalist this half the media in the nation. Anyway, I believe he is lying(it’s obvious) but I don’t say that to be mean to him. I wonder what was his reason for doing something like this? It seems very strange. I hope this gets an update.

Why do people need to constantly talk about how PC’s run games better than consoles? Everybody already knows that. It’s such a pointless conversation.

Is it abuse if the company that made the game wants to stop him from making money out of their content? Even more so, they want to make sure no one thinks there is any kind of endorsement of his brand from them.

Unless I missed something, this isn’t an abuse of the DMCA. You may not like the way it’s being used, and you would be free to make an argument for why the law is bad or should be changed, but calling it abuse seems like a legal assertion that doesn’t hold water.
