An SD isnt really a viable option for a Windows Phone device. The operating system will use that as part of total system storage. It's not like an Android where you can just dismount the SD and access the files on it.

I take none smartphone calls too. Samsung still runs high on that side of things too. I specialize with Windows Phones but thats not all I support.

Awesome. Some people have good units but a lot of them fail for whatever reason listed above.

I understand this but what I was saying is we get way more Focus calls then any of the rest of the units.

Actually we barely get calls on HD7S as opposed to the rest of the lineup.

No, most customers do not have Mango yet and the ones that do still have problems with the phone.

Nope. Not a personal problem. I dont own one. I work for AT&T supporting these devices and i get calls all day long about this device that has one or more of the above problems.
