In the last frame of the .gif, in the upper left-hand corner of the shot, there is a significantly bright celestial body. Anybody know what that is? I do not think its something on the camera, because there is no speck in that location beforehand that could be catching the light or anything. Is it a moon or a planet?

Depending on the mileage, I don't think that this is a bad price for a stock Cooper. Having the truck rear end is kind of cool too, like an El Cooperino.
