I think that’s going to hurt them in the long run. Johan de Nysschen is trying way too hard to make Cadillac European (basically Audi). The boldness, brashness is being toned down and that certainly doesn’t help them stand out.

Seriously. I don’t know why they’re so scared to put something bold out.
He bought the XTS because he wanted a couch on wheels - he would not be looking at a CT6 regardless. If the XTS didn’t exist he would have just walked out and bought a Lexus ES. The CT6 and XTS do no affect each other.
Honestly I thought that their Spanish nomenclature was so much better.
XTS is a FWD barge. CT6 is supposedly a 3.0L twin turbo RWD monster ala BMW 7 series.
Weird. I thought they already sold an electric Aston Martin.
Cadillac should have used the CT6 design in the facelifted CTS and used the Elmiraj concept in the design for the actual CT6. Because DAYUM!
Yesterday everyone was in love with Lincoln. Today everyone hates them, what gives?
I think that might have been sarcasm.
Had an ATS turbo, great little car. Drives as pretty as it looks.
Agreed, it almost looks like a hastily placed afterthought.
On the other hand, the exterior has aged pretty well.
you mean insurance company
Wow you are getting really defensive over people other than yourself leasing.

Das is neutral.
That's not even a bad thing. I'd rather have an infotainment system borrowed from a big brand - a lot of people use it and it's more likely to have the kinks worked out.
You don't like something so it's the rest of society's fault? ...lol
Very different size (the MKZ is a foot bigger for starters), performance, etc. One is a small RWD nimble sports sedan and one is a large FWD plush cruiser.
MKZ and ATS are incomparable vehicles.
