Hm both of those brands are the same one, just mirrored and rotated 90 degrees. Creepily enough, the brand actually contains all of the individual characters of Allison Mack. Arguably even Kristin Kreuk’s characters can be found in there. It may be a generic mark containing a lot of the latin alphabet.

Yeah it’s a bad photoshop. Or just lit so badly that it looks flat. The focus makes no sense at all and that’s why everything looks kind of flat or weird. Here’s a quick photoshop on my end:
