I have to say, you have an awfully interesting (and totally unreasonable) point of view on what a car must be to be reliable. I drive a ton of miles, and have owned Bimmers, Lexuses, Hondas, Subarus, Saabs, a Volvo, and a VW. Control arms get replaced on everything, as many cars integrate the ball joints which are

Not necessarily. When I bought my GTI in 2013, a used example with under 20k miles was only $3k less than a brand new one at sticker price. Why would I not pay an extra $3k to avoid the risk of a previous owner’s bad decisions, poor driving, and potentially missed maintenance? That $3k amortized over a 5-year loan is

You just won the whole argument. This exemplifies my take on the new car better than I could have done it myself. I, for one, like the f30 and the new 5 series as well.

Eh, apparently the limit was passed at some point. It still did look good as it passed said limit though.

Dude, that’s not even close to a fair comparison, as Volvo makes the best seats in the biz and you’re comparing to a Japanese economy sedan. SUV vs. sedan is not the issue in your comparison.

Meh, you can find this with any brand. Subaru, Chevrolet, even Honda on the 06-11 Civics.

My guess is that the reason for missing those targets is less the price of their cars than it is a combination of the current limitations of charging (both time and the availability of stations) and unrealistic sales projections.

Everything you say is true, but you’ve missed the point of his comment.

The similarities to Donald Trump - in terms of appearance, political views, and behavior, among other things - are staggering.

They should probably implement a feature in the game that utilizes GPS data to determine if a player is in a moving car, and if they are it prevents them from playing. The game is pretty new and there are already multiple occurrences of this behavior, pretty ridiculous.

1) You don’t know anything about me, so I don’t know why you’re making assumptions. My views politically are liberal and I take race/gender/religious equality very seriously. I’ve bookmarked the link you posted and do plan to read through some of the articles, time permitting. Don’t make me the enemy - because in

That is one of the more ridiculous things that I’ve read today, and it’s also an incredibly dangerous precedent to set. I’m hoping that you’re being sarcastic and my meter is simply off.

Dude that’s a bullshit generalization.

Wait wait... why is it that one person makes a racist generalization, and another person replies with a second racist generalization, and only the second racist is being called out? Let’s call them both out, otherwise you all look like a bunch of idiots with an agenda.

B5 S4. For reference, I had a 2003 BMW 330i at the time w/ the ZHP package.

My grandmother drove one of those when I was a kid! Black e23 733 w/ a red leather interior. Not a manual though. Still loved that car.

My 9-3 and my e46 330i had the crayon smell as well! My f30 has a similar smell too.

This might be the dumbest thing I have ever read...

Good luck throwing driving gloves on when you get into your car to take a customer to lunch. You’ll look like a goon.

Have you owned a car with an Alcantara wheel before? It’s miserable. I paid extra for the privelege of having it in my car, and then paid nearly $500 to make it go away and get a regular M leather wheel.
