What are the odds that when he sobers up he regrets this even more then that throat tattoo?

Over the past few years, I've heard callous voices dismiss recognition of this sort of situation as "liberal guilt", not, "universal accountability" as it should be, as in: I do some thing and it has an impact, i.e. action reaction.

@JasonGW: Unfortunately, I think that self as you discuss it here gets trumped, at least in the U.S., by instant gratification, whether that means blind consumerism, or reflexive societal actions and reactions: I'd love to expand on that if I had time, but hopefully you get where I'm going: The onslaught of "need"

@JasonGW: I agree. I made a post below that she's I've dismissed her because she's too tedious. But, your post made me reconsider than maybe my bigger turnoff is that her views are so heavily appropriated by "cherry pickers" who don't consider the her whole picture.

Me:"Hey Atlas, what's up?"

Yup that's what I thought. Glad my mind didn't instantly go to the obvious (and hinted at) places. I can now sleep satisfied of my mental hygiene.

@howdini: No, it's only a model.

I could think of a more productive way to get your point across, but sure, antagonism sometimes has its place.

@MifuneT: Hate to ask -this can be a sensitive issue- but has she picked up a lot of bloatware? That can really lag her performance.

If she has to exhibit patience over the wedding cake; probably shouldn't be getting married. Yeah, I'd say that's a pretty relevant omen.

@SnowSoul: Hey thanks for the hostile vitriol smart(however not intelligent)ass.

Here's my idea: How about another $10 million X-prize (hell make it $100 million) for a safe efficient oil SUBSTITUTE. That way we won't be compelled by addiction and greed to take the kind of risks that cause the spills in the first place (says a guy who grew up on the Gulf coast and has ALWAYS been opposed to

@Nerval77: I just realized I got this all damned backwards. Meant that the Chinese one uses 50% more lead....Screwed up my own damn joke.

@bslayerw: Yes, consumer behavior can be controlled. Because consumers are idiots. We the sheeple.

"The Public gets what they deserve, not what they demand."

@Aristeia: and @Mavric: I really do hate the fact that even at my reasonably young age, the notion of seeking out and/or listening to an album as a collective work of art - or hell just a collective musical statement - is only few years away from seeming utterly Byzantine to anyone under 25 (if it isn't there

"We don't listen to albums now; we listen to collections of songs."

@adammp.the.gamer: Ummmm...Nope. It gone I think. At least for all practical/consumer purposes and at least in the US.

@Fossa: But the J-15 utilizes 50% less Lead.
