I’d go Cummins Ram 2500, because rebates. I just sold a Laramie 3500 Crew Cab 4x4 8’ bed for $53k (sticker at $63.5). A midrange 2500 can be had in the low 40s pretty easily.

And while they’re at it, bring in models that cover other market segments.
