Yeah. Most people who watch this will watch on Netflix.

Cis anything is right up there.

Today is a good day to get biz-zay!

Oh CBS haven't you heard? You need an alt-history show about the Civil War. All the fashionable streaming services are doing it.

Kimisasparklerainbowunicorn Inc. is still available!

The trailer just looks underwhelming. I'm afraid that movie is going to be a flop.

Googling around some, I note with satisfaction that this show is garnering about as much screaming as Confederate did. Good. Let's have both of them and let the screamers scream themselves hoarse. I'll check this show out too and probably faster than Confederate - at least I have an Amazon account already. Still not

I will happily check out both and not judge either till I see them.

Who's to say they won't be super-smart in Confederate? I would imagine they will be depicted as heroes struggling against oppression.

They got there under their own initiative. It wasn't a grand social experiment by the government.

I have a hard time envisioning black people getting so much real estate after the Civil War. The abolitionists wanted to get rid of slavery but few really believed in black equality. They were okay with shipping them back to Africa to get rid of the problem (hence, Liberia) but giving them actual American real estate?

HBO is $15/month for less content than Amazon has at $10/month.

Just look at the squalling over Star Trek Discovery. That show is already a flaming disaster of epic proportions according to the wisdom of the internet.

See? Now people who hate the idea of Confederate have a show to watch.

You mean

PBS should make more of their streaming app. Start charging say $5/month for ad-free access (yes it has ads). The content is too spotty, that's the main issue. But with brands like Nova, Nature and Frontline, they have a great business that they could take advantage of.

That's the vampire spinoff.

Where the hell is My Mother, The Car?

Americans won't watch anyway. Why are they bothering with this?

Broadcast ratings are so bad I guess ABC doesn't mind if nobody watches this in America.
