Peter Serafinowicz does a fine job in the Amazon series, but whenever I think of the Tick I’m pretty sure I’ll always think of Warburton. He got everything about the character right.

That’s a very good point. While there have been hundreds of Jump protagonists and many with wildly different characteristics. At the time though, you’re right, Jump was dominated by the Nakama-genre and Light is a fun couterpoint to that.
