Whether or not she was exercising her rights has been up for debate; myself and a couple others do think that she could have been arrested for this if the creep wanted to file a complaint.

Culture itself will shift over time. It just needs a push to do so. American culture tends to shift towards the more conservative naturally, so there does need to be some mechanism to force it more liberal.

How many creeps openly confront the person who is pursuing them like the guy in this story did? Most don’t; research shows most of them just flee as fast as possible, trying to get away before they are publicly shamed.
