A good reminder to reconsider your rates and to make sure it covers the value you are providing to your customers. While you may not get $100/hour, even small adjustments can make a big difference over the course of a year.

Elance or ODesk might be an option, but in my experience there are a lot of people who want to pay next to nothing. Your mileage may vary.
