Probably true. I should have said cheap-looking. :-)

They said dumbest, not coolest. :-P

This is a joke, right? I mean, they put off-road lights, a cheap interior, and a freaking roof-top tent on a Prevost and then asked a cool $2 million* for it.

The current Ioniq is a good looking car. Not so sure about the upcoming redesign though.

I mean, he made a movie about crime-fighting stage magicians (which was excellent, BTW). Fast X might be a little too tame for him. ;-)

    On the Weinermobile, maybe. ;-)

Some writers here seem to have confused overbearing negativity with cleverness.

This was pointed out in the article too:

That’s a shame, because while Rins has always been quick, he hasn’t necessarily always been consistent, and he’s finally managed to achieve both over the first six races of 2022.

Something else I appreciate? The fact Bentley took the time to put a little alcantara covered pad near where your right knee rests while driving. This is becoming a bit of a crusade for me. All cars should have this little pad, and I won’t stop complaining until they do.

Too bad. Someday it would be fun to buy a car from a vending machine.

There are a few authors I just don’t click on anymore here and it’s made my Jalopnik experience much more pleasant. It’s surprising how removing two or three writers from my life has made a world of difference (Bob, take note).

You don’t. Dust just makes it more authentic. ;-)

Interesting point. I wonder if it’s easier or harder to tune force feedback for the real world vs. a simulation.

Sure, but then why put a racy-looking steering apparatus in it? It’s completely dissonant with the target market.

Ooh, good suggestions. As a big fan of Edge of Tomorrow I’m now rooting for Doug Liman.

I nominate dbeach84 to write and direct the movie.

I suspect your estimate may be on the low side. ;-)

One whistleblower described Hertz as using police as a repo company.

So they put a race car steering input on it, but decoupled it from the wheels so it will be garbage to drive. Talk about writing checks your car can’t cash...
