Yeah, I know there’s a howto available for my car to repurpose one of the other audio sources as an aux port, but since it’s a weekend car I’ve decided to leave it old school for the time being. :-)

There’s a terrible dead spot in automotive audio history where cars came with neither tape player nor aux port and are thus impossible to hardwire for phone audio (without modification). Your only option is a sucky FM transmitter.
I’m pretty meh on the car overall, but did want to comment on the dog’s breakfast of colors and textures on the interior of the door. Was that considered stylish in the 90s?
Yeah, except for the following three facts:
You’re assuming that’s supposed to be a Budweiser logo though. It’s actually the Chinese knockoff Budvveiser. ;-)
These Prii are quite tough, and even the earlier models can take a beating for hundreds of thousands of miles, like this 2004 example with 303,000 miles on it.
Probably says more about CarFax than the car though.
In this case it’s wrong to blame the restaurant when it’s just as likely that the delivery service (which in the case of DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc. has no association with the restaurant) is at fault.
I think a lot of it is that you get crazy performance almost for free when you have a giant battery providing power. The main limiting factor (besides traction) is how fast the battery can discharge. When you have a battery with a lot of cells it can discharge a lot of power in a hurry.

If it’s an airbag car you can still install one of the nice lace-on covers. I’ve done that on a couple of older cars with crappy rubber steering wheels and it instantly makes the car feel more premium for very little money.
It’s the only mod that pays you! :-)
We have the same thing around here. Some stations will give you 20 or 25 cents off for E15 while others are only 5. You’re almost certainly losing money buying E15 for 5 cents less.
especially since it makes you wonder just what an impact social media can have on the success or failure of a brand.
Yes! Sounds like the exact same problem I had.
It was actually interesting to see Marquez have to push for the entire race at COTA for a change. Usually he’s so far out ahead that he’s just maintaining the gap after the first few laps. I was briefly wondering if he had a shot at a podium, but then his tires seem to have given up the ghost after all the overtaking…
