Legal, maybe, but I believe Tesla owners have gotten nastygrams from Tesla if they overuse their local superchargers. Tesla’s stance was that superchargers are for when you’re travelling, not to replace charging at home.

Yeah, I understand why they did it, but I wonder if the Wrangler name would carry the same weight it does if Jeep had named the Compass “Wrangler Sport”. They’re trading a short-term sales bump for the long-term name value of Bronco.

Yep. This is why when I take a car loan, I take the longest term I can get at ~the same rate. I can pay it off faster, but if something bad happens I’m only on the hook for the lower payment until things improve.
