A bit off topic, but did the swimming pool in Jay's house (backyard) suddenly disappear?

The author writes, "The sketch really is good while it lasts, but it goes on slightly too long, and it’s unfortunately very easy to forget once the episode is over."

This episode revolved around cold-blooded assassination of two NYPD cops, one of whom was sitting his in patrol car. A week later, two NYPD cops were murdered in cold blood while sitting in their patrol car. I hate to think the real killer was inspired by this episode, but the timing was awfully close.
