The problem is that unless they have witnesses or solid proof, it’s very much a case of their words vs. his. I definitely think that he did it, but it would be nigh-impossible for convict someone in a court of law based on an accuser’s words alone.

Cultivating such a society like that *can* stop some number of rapists, but not all of them, but it is primarily about helping victims and not letting rapists off the hook.
