It did sound interesting, but to be honest, my comment was really just a dumb joke based on the name similarity to Neutopia, which was a (short) series of games for the PC-Engine/TurboGrafx-16. Sorry if it was confusing. I'm old.

Final Fantasy V was one of my first import games when it originally released for the SFC. To this day, it's still my favorite FF game and I find I get rather discouraged whenever it gets ignored (especially musically!) just like it did back then.
