So by your logic, can we really automatically assume manufacturers of half-ton series pick-ups (that have to meet the higher roof crush standard) necessarily build the roofs on the 3/4 ton and 1 ton trucks to a lesser standard?

I’m still torn on this. We live in the world of what is, not what should be and as terrible as it would be to lose loved ones in a crash like this - I have a tough time blaming Ford here. While the “everyone’s doing it that way” excuse didn’t work with my mom when I was a little kid either, I highly doubt any

Wide-Ass Pulsar is my favourite song from Megan Thee Starcluster.

I feel like calling the Echo a bad car is completely missing the purpose of what it was for. It was incredibly cheap, basic transportation with a good warranty and outstanding reliability. If you just need a car as an appliance and need it to work (and cheaply), it is a great car.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with the Solara, convertible or otherwise. It’s the car for someone who wants something practical and dependable, but wasn’t completely ordinary. They’re objectively good, decent looking cars.

Gotta disagree on the Ruckus/Xb. I drove one for 6 years and loved that thing.

This entire list is bullshit, and is basically an argument for “event the worst Toyota’s continue to be pretty good cars”.

No I will not have that, I love the XB and was very spacious inside for a small car.

Quite a lot of cars in the list do not deserve to be in it.

I’ve read the argument for the Pontiac Vibe 3 times and I still can’t understand the point.

Oil Company Execs Rejoice!!!!

Not sure how to feel about this. I’m all about eating the rich, but to damage such an engineering marvel for a watch doesn’t sit well with me. But on the other hand, Chiron owner is Kuwaiti, who gets stipends from their government and has likely ‘earned’ his wealth from the backs of ‘legal slaves’, aka foreign

Any subcompact CUV. Automakers realized that they could add a couple inches of headroom on to a normal hatchback, jack up the price by $5k and Americans would eat that shit up. Fat boomers who wouldn’t be caught dead in a subcompact hatchback are suddenly throwing money at whatever POS slightly taller subcompact CUV

Screw it, I’m not engaging in the Two Minutes Hate today.

Huge pickups that will never have anything in the bed. The dudes who buy these are insecure people who are overcompensating by trying to buy their perception of masculinity. Why does it bother me? Because they also drive like 14-year-old bullies who were thrown a set of keys by their drunk old-man. But hey, maybe they

Even just hearing that music really brought me back.  Incredible soundtrack for an incredible game.

right? its slicker AND more informative than 90% of actual game trailers

Honestly, I think I’m more impressed by the trailer than I am the mod itself. That editing was waaaaaaaay too slick.

as a loaner i got a new Pacifica to drive for a week, OMG I loved that thing - it was all loaded up, it had everything, so much space and decent driving dynamics as well. i was really interested in one until I saw what they cost new.

isn’t it funny how Kia converted their minivan to a CSV but nobody said anything?
