As someone who’s played MGS4 to death, and still plays it once in a while, I hope there’s a Vol 2! I can only play it on my PS3 cuz emulating it on my aging PC is basically the equivalent to watching paint dry.

MG1, MGS1, & MGS2 were ported to PC quite some time ago so those were already available. The only issue was compatibility.
