Was just thinking about him in Tractor Movie (aka The Straight Story), I’d forgotten he played the brother of Richard Farnsworth in that movie. Probably one of the scraggliest scenes ever committed to film RIP.

Lynch gave him a wonderful last role, just a normal dude in Twin Peaks, despite all the horrible shit happening around him would try and help people and just live his life.
