They only look like they’re flashing, they’re not really. Anything that flashes at a faster rate than the camera recording it looks this way. If you check out reviews of some galaxy S (and other amoled) phones, you’ll see the same thing. They also have a faster refresh rate than the cameras which they were recorded…
