If Erik makes a whole piece out of refusing to call Branson an astronaut for 53.5 miles not 100km, is he also opening up for discussion whether hot take opinions for ad impressions on a blog still count as journalism or skilled writing? 🤔

I’m not normally one to knock the writers of this site, I have stupid opinions too, but Eric consistently writes questionable content. It’s getting to the point where I’m going to stop clicking on his articles.

How ever much shade Erik wants to throw on this accomplishment, Virgin Galactic’s ship performed exactly as they planned and expected. In no way did it not achieve what they set out to do yesterday.

But come on, man, Branson’s stunt only barely cleared that.

Why the hate? Someone’s gotta fork over the big bucks if our governments won’t. Let the Bazillionare Space Race commence, and godspeed, I say. We’ll get some actual technological advancements that will further mankind’s journey into the cosmos, while also having a chance to witness some one-percenter explode on…

It’s car-racism...

Was so eager to write that ticket, he wanted her to put his life at risk by having her pull over where he'd be at risk of another driver hitting him.

From the short clip we see, the Tesla was approaching the next car at a rate making it impractical to move over, unless it was specifically to let the BMW pass (it would have been courteous, but it’s not imperative). I wouldn’t call what we see here “camping” without significantly more context.

I do. I would rather buy a car from a MF (that's manufacturer) today instead of a dealer.

Micro transactions to unlock classic cars/drivers/helmets/liveries!

Can’t wait for EA to ruin yet another company. Guess I’m done buying Dirt titles

Yes, Singers are overpriced. Yes, Singers are overdesigned. Yes, I will never own one and it’s even unlikely I will see one IRL. I don’t care. They are awesome.

when it started the flip up maneuver at the end I literally shouted “holy shit, they’re gonna pull it off!” and then immediately laughed as hard as I have in a long time when it went RUD.

not out of scorn, but out of pure joy that they have the balls to approach this whole enterprise in such a fearless manner.  these…

I don’t know who these “Elon cult” people are, but I can understand why people have higher expectations for SpaceX than other human spaceflight developers at the moment. The first Starliner flight is going to be at least a year after Crew Dragon and has been plagued by issues. The SLS is the latest iteration of a…

Well, you see, Musk tweeted something silly, so any possible upcoming issues with SLS need to be ignored.

Basically, after the war both the US and Soviets made a instantaneous power grab of both scientists and equipment from Germany and any and all offenses the said scientists might have participated in were brushed aside. Some of the earliest rockets from both sides were using V2 components.

Let’s not make any false claims, $67,500 is a lot of money. But you can option a Ram, an F-150, and a Silverado/Sierra to the exact same price and higher, even matching the top trim’s $75,000.

Fucking hell, lots of hate here. Are you not automotive enthusiasts?

Well if there’s anything I gather from this, it’s that the US auto industry isn’t particularly great.

Given how inclined the average American is to buy a crossover in white or black as opposed to anything even remotely interesting, that’s one thing I agree with.

$TSLA is trading in lockstep with $NDX (NASDAQ 100).
