Don’t forget about Charles’ crashes. He had at least two races where he fumbled it during the race. He crashed while leading in France and spun while in 3rd place at Imola, costing him valuable points. Not to mention his FP2 crash in Mexico, which while not during the race, certainly impacted the race weekend.

That wasn’t “property”. that was a piece of litter that somehow became stuck to a license plate. He was doing the guy a favor by removing an obvious piece of trash.

That would have been my story.

I’ve owned multiple GTI’s and an R. I haven’t walked near the VW lot since the 8 came out because I knew I would hate the interior controls and didn’t want to want a car that I would hate owning (does that make sense?).

And like you said, in the last 7 years rbr said stuff. The amount of things ( and also the vileness of them) that Toto has claimed or said in the last 18 months is way more.

And now she has learned a valuable lesson, the police’s desire to help is highly conditional on them seeing you as “one of the good ones” and as soon as they think you aren’t, they will kill you in a heartbeat with a smile on their lips and a song in their heart. ACAB.
