$1,400 in damage only if you’re lucky enough that they don’t accidentally set themselves on fire while drilling the tank.  There’s a right way and a whole ton of wrong ways to drill into a container full of flammable liquid.  It won’t be long before whoever is doing this gets caught... in the burn unit.
