It is likely centrally mounted.

You don’t fuck with perfection.

Lexus?

MR2 went all the way to ‘99 sans cupholders, as well. It’s very frustrating on a car that can generate G-forces so well.

I was just thinking this might finally provide a practical solution to the cup holder dilemma that continues to plague our MR2's. Your point is well taken, however.

Sadly, I do not know how to post pics here.

Zipties will hold it. Just use the whole pack.

You have interesting taste in porn.

Each of your questions answers the one before. The Engine doesn’t rip off the top of the car because the stock looking wheels and tires (and bearings) are holding up. Until they don’t (or the tank runs dry).

Ya’ll’s side mirrors are so much better than the MKII MR2 side mirrors. Do they just bolt on with three bolts in a triangular pattern?

I understand your struggle. My 1994 Celica is like that.

I pulled a shift pattern badge off the top of a Wrangler shifter last year for my MR2. I’ve never actually seen an MR2 in a junkyard in person tho.

My MR2 has a wrangler sourced part as well - I forgot about that one!

2-3 MR2's in northern England and one in Hong Kong have donated to the cause. It has been a noble sacrifice on their part and greatly appreciated with far too much money.

I react to 1990's Fords in the same way most visitors react to the rattle snakes in my state.

That is also, equally, ludicrous. My apologies if I misread that.

I am insulted by your negative use of the word “negative” and your implication that negativity is in any way negative.

No doubt, but to suggest it never happens is ludicrous. Personally, I try to remain prepared for every shitty thing every human I encounter could possibly commit. Pretty unrealistic of me but at least I am attempting to be aware.

Holy shit, I never considered that before. This method of conveyance places the vehicle’s exhaust directly in front of the driver’s face. That’s not an ideal design.

I’m not sure Jalopnik writers should be calling anyone out on misuse of the English language.
