Wish there was an option aside from Mail.app that supported exchange since i'm stuck with that :/

I really just want a player that can handle the most basic of operations properly. iTunes in general has been a major disappointment to me. Just to get the damn thing to resume play can be a pain. For example, close the app while playing an album, and it has no idea where it left off. The best I can do is to select…
Hm, I can't find any mention of it. I thought I saw it in some comparison list of players not too long ago.
speaking of which, I also use a different handle (nick such as nefar) online everywhere these days too. lastpass makes that easy :) IOW, not just the profile info is different, but the login too.
yeah, but none of them come in at a reasonable price. Fredrik seems to be another IKEA desk people use though.
Another lifehacker reader recommended Movist ([www.macupdate.com] to me last time you guys mentioned MPlayerX and I switched to using that in favor of all the aforementioned players. You guys should check it out.
So has OSX. You know, just because lifehacker just now wrote an article for it doesn't mean it didn't exist before :)
been doing this for years. People don't need to know everything about me. Also I will often put fake names wherever possible. As a friend once told me: lie often; never tell the same lie twice. Makes it harder for nosy people to track every single aspect of your life.
two finder windows in the same window is a crazy old concept. In fact, it's how the original file manager was for windows, and any "Commander" type manager. Check out [www.mucommander.com] for an example for one for mac
How about you make a post on standing desk configurations which are actually available for purchase? I've been looking for something, albeit not too actively, but all I've seen is that one from IKEA which is no longer available.
I didn't get prompted to change mine yet. I'm surprised.
+1
bah, that expression is so passé :P
you could serve the resulting 8 oz in shot glasses ... would drinking several shots make you an alcoholic too?
nice. I tried it and liked it a bunch. too bad it can't have several movies playing simultaneously like quicktime tho. nothing beats that for finding short clips
my tip is use collaboration software like google spreadsheet, and make an inventory of all boxes. Every packer just uses their own laptop and updates the inventory collaberativly. We used PODS ([www.pods.com] and took three weeks to pack and make a nice inventory. This really payed off. Finding things was as simple…
I discovered MplayerX a few weeks ago and it's been absolutely excellent. It's FAST and it plays everything, including formats such as .wma that the other players have difficulties with.
Clipboard History & Snippets - ClipMenu ([www.clipmenu.com] is a free app that does both these features really well.
I've been using eqreader and their RSS feed for awhile. All useless for me and I basically ended up not getting value from it so after a month or so of checking, I unsubbed.
it's actually hard to make out that they were really tangled from the start. Considering it's april 1st, who can trust this now? :)
